In early 2010 Jake and Rosie met while boating near a sandbar in the Florida Keys. They began working together for a licensed General Contractor in 2013 remodeling homes in Key West, Florida. They relocated to Decatur in 2015 with their two small children in order to be closer to Jake’s family and work. In 2018 they decided to develop unimproved land in Wise County and began building single family residences.

MEET THE TEAM

Jake Hayes

Jake Hayes was born and raised in Decatur, Texas. A graduate of Decatur High School, Jake grew up on a dairy farm where he learned about hard work, dedication and determination.

In addition to building homes, Jake earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is a Captain at a major commercial airline.

In addition to being a pilot and builder, Jake serves on the Decatur City Council and Economic Development Corporation.

Rosie Hayes

Rosie Hayes grew up on the small island city of Key West, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Fine Art in Interior Design. She is a registered Interior Designer in both Texas and Florida and specializes in home design and space planning. Having been in the construction industry for 12 years, she understands the building and remodel processes and is professional, diligent, hard-working and detail oriented. Rosie enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, camping and everything outdoors.

In addition to being an Interior Designer, She is also a licensed real estate agent in Texas and can help plan your investment from the beginning. Whether purchasing unimproved property to build a new home or purchasing a fixer upper, she can assist you in realizing the true potential and value.

Designing and building a home starts with the client. Whether the property is located within city limits or out in the county, we can design and build your dream home. Our in-house team can draw your house plans to accommodate every want and need. We also can customize any existing plans.
